My client is opening a new business in 2024 - & YES they are hiring now… #dontmissout A great new site, which is coming to Bournemouth is opening later in the year and my client is looking for exception General Manager to over this new multi revenue streamed operation, bar & restaurants, indoor and outdoor dining - this is the 5th site in the group Our client really looks for personality, presence, high standards and when I say leads by example, I mean you will roll your sleeves up and get involved in the business, never asking your team to do anything you wouldn’t do yourself, you would have a large team to lead and coach for this new opening. You must be standards driven and really enjoy a collaborative culture with your team. You must show that you love to develop your team from within, creating organic pipeline for future promotions and have a success rate in the retention of staff in previous roles. Who will you be as General Manager: We are looking for a high-end hospitality operator who has strong experience on both the wet and dry side of the business – from MUST come from a multi streamed business You will be passionate about people, food and service Guest Obsessed A strong eye for detail Ability to run a P&LMange the business from a commercial sense If you are interested in having a chat about this role, please forward updated CVs to Stuart Hills at COREcruitment.
