THE FIRST SITE WITH THIS GROUP The new site which is about to open, is all things late night and birdtails, be part of this new movement.The General Manager role: You could be working in a fast-paced environment in the restaurant environment with a strong structure and service ethic where you can be leading teams from 30 Successful Managers would take on this fully operational, ‘hands-on’ position where they would be expected to be creating a fun environment with good working culture together with other managers and the rest of the great team. You will be expected to get involved in openings, and manage your time between developing yourself and the team around you whilst ensuring the best customer service is provided at all times. You will be driving sales in the restaurant and bar environment. The right General Manager: We are looking for fun, friendly and outgoing experienced General Manager, who genuinely enjoys working in a funky restaurant environment in very high-volume environment. Ideally, you will have been involved in new site openings. Experience of working within a similar setting as General Manager would be favorable. Managers who are full of passion and drive, and successfully exceeds standards and goals through their work history are needed for this exciting new role.
