admin, communication, customer service, attention to detail The Vacancy About the role We are currently looking for a Gas Admin Support Assistant on a 6-9-month FTC to cover an internal secondment into a different team in the business. This is an exceptionally busy role providing valuable administration for all gas works. Ensuring accurate and timely record keeping is in place for all aspects of compliance data entry. You will also be responsible for carrying out desk top checks to Gas landlord certificates. As a Gas Admin Support Assistant, you will support the team leader as required on project-related work and allocated tasks. Working with a team of 6 co-coordinators. As this position falls within our Property Directorate, you will be required to attend the office 5 days a week due to the reactive nature of the role. About you We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and a passion for excellent service who has experience in data entry to join the team. With this in mind, experience/knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Suite within a housing environment is desirable. Whether you are working, have taken a break or maybe you have worked at a more senior level, we are interested in hearing from you.
