Garden Maintenance Helper Hiring Multiple Candidates Seasonal Position April- mid December, M-F 40 hours, occasional Saturdays Bachman’s is committed to creating a caring environment while inspiring a passion for bringing beauty to life. JOB DUTIES: Work under the direction of the Crew Leader or Lead to install plants and maintain gardens at customer sites Install perennials, annuals, containers, and landscape mulch using manual hand tools Load and unload trucks with retail products, related hard goods and equipment at customer site and landscape distribution center Perform job duties at projects in the Twin Cities and surrounding counties. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work independently and with a team. Detail oriented and have strong time management skills. At least 18 years of age Ability to work outdoors all day in all conditions during April through mid-December. Ability to drive in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, (occasionally greater than) Must be able to plant/maintain at ground level for extended periods of time. Ability to operate small equipment.
