Franchise Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and resources that showcase our franchise opportunity. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the decision-making process and serving as their main point of contact. Training and Onboarding: Ensure that new franchisees receive comprehensive training and onboarding to set them up for success. Franchise Compliance: Ensure that all franchise sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in franchise sales or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
