Foreclosure Attorney Position in Buffalo, NY We are seeking a talented attorney to join our team in the foreclosure department. Our firm represents Community Associations and we are dedicated to creating a team-oriented environment that prioritizes making our office the best place to work. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of plaintiff's foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify) who is looking for growth and stability. Position Details: • Competitive salary of $115,000 DOE plus significant quarterly bonus opportunities• Contribution towards health benefits in the firm's health plan• Generous profit-sharing plan• Hybrid work from home environment permitted following the training period We are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment, with a partnership track available for the right candidate. Responsibilities:• Draft documents related to plaintiff’s foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures)• Compose Lis pendens documents• Prepare summons and complaints• Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure• Write correspondence regarding assigned files• Make court appearances Qualifications:• Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage foreclosures• Must be admitted in the State of New York Compensation: $115,000 DOE plus bonuses About Company: Schneider Buchel LLP is a growing law firm with clients throughout New York State.
