Location: 1502 Columbia Avenue suite 9Castlegar, BC V1N 4G5 Overview Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months Wages : $18.00 to $25.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time Start Date: Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Responsibilities Tasks: -Establish methods to meet work schedules-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies-Ensure food service and quality control-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage-Prepare and submit reports-Establish work schedules Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: -Fast-paced environment-Standing for extended periods-Physically demanding Personal suitability: -Client focus-Efficient interpersonal skills-Team player Required skills: The candidate should able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, rain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules.
