Currently, we are looking for a Food Service Supervisor for our retail store, the Lobster Man. Company Name: Pacific Rim Shellfish Corp. Title of Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62010) Job Location: 1807 Mast Tower Rd, Vancouver, BC V6H 3X7 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Position Available: 1 Salary: $18.75/hour for 35 hours per week City: Vancouver, BC RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare food; Ensure food service and quality control; Prepare weekly timetables, work schedules, cleaning schedules, and assign duties to the staff; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, check deliveries and maintain inventory and stock records; Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, comments, and complaints; Assist with training of staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures when necessary; Assist with planning menus and determine related ingredient and labor cost; Perform other duties as assigned; KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience Good people skills, communication skills, hardworking and willing to learn; Minimum 1 year of previous experience in retail food and beverage service in an asset; Benefits: Health benefits: Dental plan Disability benefits Health care plan Paramedical services coverage Vision care benefits How to Apply: Please send your resume to xyz X@ Please reference job title in the subject line and ensure contact name and number and/or Email is provided.
