Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs• Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement• Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred• Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills• Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards• Over 3 years in food and beverage management• Customer relationship management experience desired Compensation: $60,000 yearly About Company: The Adelphi Hotel is Saratoga Springs’ landmark boutique property which blends old-world grace and Victorian grandeur with exceptional service and style for today’s guests.
