Job Title: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Salary: 3,200 - €4,200 per month This well known luxury hotel with a rich history and a dedication to excellence, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. As the Assistant Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operation of the hotel's dining and beverage services. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure that guests receive an outstanding culinary experience. This role demands a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal Candidate2 years experience as minimum as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar position Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel with the highest standards of service is a must Proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus Passionate ambassador of the F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who safeguards the culture and atmosphere within the team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food and beverage trends and customer preferences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position: Assist in planning and coordinating various F&B events, including banquets, conferences, and special occasions. Collaborate with the F&B Manager to ensure all details are meticulously arranged, such as menu selection, room setup, and service flow. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with menu selections, dietary restrictions, and special requests. Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, working to exceed expectations. Assist in managing inventory and placing orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
