Description:
Program Residential Responsibilities Provides for the supervision, assistance, and training of all direct support staff as assigned and individuals living in the Individual Residential Alternative (IRA). Provide on shift training and coaching to direct support staff on shift training, including but not limited to, one full evening and weekend shift per month, one morning shift, one evening shift through mealtime per week and completion of one overnight unannounced observation per quarter or as directed by supervisor or designee. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities; or Associate's Degree in a related field and 3 year's experience in a setting for the disabled; or a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 year's experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities for which 1 year must have been in a supervisory capacity. Must meet LAI vehicle operator requirements. Salary Commensurate with experience. Location Rochester, NY - IRA Services Hours 40 hours.
