Job Summary As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor , you'll oversee the management of our fleet of 55 primary and secondary equipment within your assigned area. Your primary focus will be on achieving market base profitability while maintaining high standards of safety, employee development, and operational efficiency. You'll lead a team of technicians and specialists, ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and available to meet operational needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Profitability Focus: Continuously strive to achieve market base profitability through effective supervision of fleet and maintenance activities, including cost control and adherence to corporate objectives. Safety and Reliability: Ensure the availability of safe and reliable vehicles to meet operational requirements, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance with regulations. Asset Utilization: Supervise the effective utilization of vehicle assets, optimizing fleet performance and efficiency.
