Randstad are currently recruiting for a FRA Carpenter to cover the Cardiff area on behalf of a national maintenance company. This will be on a self: employed basis. The installation of fire doors is as life: critical as the product specification itself, therefore we are seeking someone who is specifically trained/experienced to install fire doors and carry out remedial works where necessary. You will work closely with your designated Scheduler who will organise and schedule your appointments and workload. Client sites are likely to include residential blocks, schools and commercial premises plus flat entrance doors. Responsibilities: Fire Door replacements Fire door maintenance Planned Maintenance upgrades FRA associated works, passive fire stopping Requirements: Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman Previous experience fitting fire doors Frame pre routed : just fitting required Full tool set Own Van Full driving licence Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
