This position will report to the Canada Controller and will be working across a certain amount of different companies although the main focus will be regarding Intertek Testing Services (ITS) Canada Ltd. Daily KPI collection and production Daily Cash Reporting Coding of all cross country Business lines costs: Couriers (Fedex, UPS, DHL, Puralator), Cell Phones- Bell Canada (hardware and mobility), Rogers( Internet, toll free number), Legal affair costs ( HR, Corporate, litigations, Office de la langue Française) Enterprise (Fleet Trucks), Gaz Cards, etc Gaz Emission collection by sites from Verizon and pay the invoices AP Resolving matters with Share Service Centers, vendor creation, urgent payments, epro exceptions, recycle queue, match exception, denial exceptions Journal entry preparations and uploads Monthly Staff Cost trackers in excel version for all trade OU’s , weekly follow ups Month end adjusting entries (for example: trade payroll accrual is based on actual hours work) Education, Skills and experience Accounting degree 2- 3 years’ experience in similar role Strong Excel knowledge Oral and written communication skills both French and English Interpersonal and consultative skills Facilitation skills Analytical thinking and problem solving Being detail-oriented and able to deliver a high level of accuracy. Able to work in a stressful environment with tight deadlines.
