This role would suit someone from a Practice background that has maybe since cut their teeth in industry Do you have? A Passion for Tax An interest in investments A great opportunity with a local SME that will allow the successful candidate to really dig into the Finances over a sizeable successful firm with a rich history of making money. The Role A Producing quarterly / annual accounts, A Preparation of statutory accounts, A Annual accounts submission A Bookkeeping A VAT and self backssment tax returns A Liaising with third party providers, inc HMRC, Tac Advisors, Accountants, Bank, Insurance providers etc A Dealing with the Directors personal financials and investments, A Review management reports and provide feedback to Board. The Person A Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent, A Min. 3: years experience A Excellent planning and organisation skills A Effective communication skills A Strong IT skills incl. Microsoft Excel, IRIS Tax, VT Final Accounts. The drive to assist in the modernisation / improvement of accounting systems, A Valid UK driving licence.
