Are you a dynamic and experienced finance professional seeking a challenging opportunity to shape the financial landscape of a leading and growing company Play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company operations whilst working within a people focused team in a role that offers security and flexibility. Key Responsibilities in the Finance / Accounts Manager role: Taking ownership of financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Analysing financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance Developing and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement Creating financial reports, presenting key findings, insights and recommendations to higher management and meetings Managing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, receivable, VAT returns and payroll for 30+ staff Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals To be successful in the Finance / Accounts Manager role, you will need: Proven experience managing finance operations or similar Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme CIS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite This is a permanent position offering full time hours, Monday to Friday and you’ll be based in offices in Colwyn Bay. You’ll be offered an annual salary in the region of £30-40k and reviewed as probation period. Opportunities to discuss salary will be available depending on skills and experience.
