Position details:
Full property tax management responsibilities for ten to 15 states. Property tax returns and year over year data review and reconciliation. Processing and distribution of time critical assessment notices, refunds, distribution of state assessments and preparation of unitary property tax returns. Follow up and resolution of assessment and billing discrepancies. Working with other departments, such as Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Fleet, and Corporate Real Estate for research and reconciliation purposes. Maintenance and analysis of tracking logs and various ad hoc reports. Supporting field negotiator team and outside value consultants. Skills Inventory Skill
