Your day starts with a clear focus: oversee jobs, check every detail for top-notch quality, and negotiate contracts like a pro. You start jobs off by assigning tasks to your crew, ensuring seamless project scheduling. You're responsible for your crew's safety, well-being, and performance, from monitoring attendance to enforcing proper equipment use. You also help train new hires. A strong problem solver, you troubleshoot issues and seek assistance from the project manager when needed. You're a master at evaluating crew performance, making those necessary adjustments to bring the job in "Happy & Under".
