Pizza Pizza Ltd. is a franchised Canadian pizza quick-service restaurant with its headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario. At this time, we are looking for an experienced Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our growing business. As a Fast Food Restaurant Manager, you will perform the following duties: • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures• Recruit staff and oversee staff training• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Qualifications and Education Requirements: • College Diploma or other program related to food and beverage service management is required• At least 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required• Excellent organizational, customer service and management skills• Good English language skills Terms & Conditions: • Permanent, full-time employment - 35 hours per week • Compensation: $21.00 per hour.
