Were looking for new Community Young Person and Family Support Workers to join the new Crisis Response team working across Scotland to support children, young people and families when they need it most. Position: Community Young Person and Family Support Worker (Crisis Response)Location: Regional across Scotland, with the occasional requirement to attend staff events or team meetings at one of the offices located in Aberdeen, Dundee, Fife, Stirling or Glasgow. Salary: £27,493 pro rata (plus 10 % overnight enhancement where applicable)Hours: Full-time (applications for part-time working welcomed)Please Note: You will be required to travel Scotland-wide within reason, with potential overnight stays away from home with expenses paid. You will be expected to actively demonstrate leadership and ownership over effective service delivery to young people, by managing their outcomes through use of line managers, colleagues and organisational tools, processes, policies and procedures.
