Family Practice physician job in Florida : Primary Care Physician - Medicare Advantage Focus Multiple Locations Across Florida Join our esteemed healthcare organization dedicated to preventive and quality-based care. We are seeking committed Primary Care Physicians who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of senior patients enrolled in Medicare Advantage HMO plans. This role is suited for those who value patient-centered care and are eager to work within an environment that emphasizes comprehensive health maintenance and disease prevention. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to a senior patient population with Medicare Advantage coverage. Manage a typical daily caseload of 12 – 15 patients. Work collaboratively with a full support team to optimize patient outcomes. Focus on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and patient education. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
