Summary * Specialty - Psychiatry, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner * State license - Any state as long as in good standing, Nevada would be preferable * Certifications required - BLS * Experience requirements - 1-2 years, 2years would be better. Experience with adolescent. * COVID vaccine required - No * Weekly schedule - Telehealth 2 days a week (Wednesday & Thursday) 8a - 5p / 16 hours per week/ Plus after hours (On-Call, can be virtual sessions) * Ages seen - Adult and children * Percentage of adults vs peds patients - 60/40 * Patient volume per day - 6-7 (est.) * Credentialing requirements and timeframe - Facility forms / within 30 days * Support staff - Behavioral Health Liaison to assist in coordination of care & Administrative Assistant for scheduling.
