The Facilities Support Representative will be responsible for the following: Cleaning and Sanitizing: Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, tables, appliances, and kitchen equipment, to maintain a hygienic environment. Dishwashing: Wash, dry, and put away dishes, utensils, and kitchenware used by employees. This includes managing dishwashers or washing dishes by hand. Trash Management: Empty trash bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste. Monitor recycling efforts and encourage eco-friendly practices in the kitchen. Restocking Supplies: Keep track of kitchen supplies such as coffee, tea, condiments, disposable plates, cups, and utensils. Restock as needed to ensure a continuous and sufficient supply for employees. Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory of kitchen supplies and communicate with the office manager or procurement team to place orders for replenishment. Organizing and Arranging: Maintain an organized and functional layout in the kitchen. Arrange supplies in a way that is easy for employees to access. Appliance Maintenance: Ensure that kitchen appliances, such as coffee makers, microwaves, refrigerators, and toasters, are in good working condition. Report any malfunctioning appliances for repairs.
