We have an exciting opening with one of our clients. We are looking for an Estimator to join their team. This sub-contractor's new division specialises in Cut & Carve and Structural Alterations, as a sub-contractor for many Tier 1 contractors in London. They are looking for an Estimator with experience Estimating on Cut & Carve projects as well as Structural Alterations. This is a permanent full-time role for the right person. They are looking for an Estimator with experience Estimating on Cut & Carve projects as well as Structural Alterations. This is a permanent full-time role for the right person. Skills and Requirements: BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent2+ years’ experience as a estimating within a similar type of contractor Ideally previous experience working within Cut & Carve or Structural Alterations. Estimating experience within other sectors will also be considered. Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Happy to undertake site visits when required.
