Erin Hills Golf Course Is Seeking Grounds Crew Employment. Erin Hills Golf Course is seeking highly motivated team members with the willingness to learn. Securing a position with Erin Hills as a grounds crew team member allows you full access to play and practice where the Pros have. Relax and enjoy employee appreciation lunches provided on occasion throughout the season as well as discounts on golf shop gear. Flexible schedules and the ability to work outside are added benefits. Positions are filling up quickly so act now to surround yourself with a fun work environment. These positions are available March and will extend until the end of November. Under direct supervision from the Grounds Management Team he or she will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to: Walk mowing tees and greens Raking Bunkers Operating small power tools such as; blowers, edgers, and trimmers Hand trimming around sprinklers and valves Seeding and sodding Filling of divots Pulling weeds in maintained and native areas Various shoveling and raking projects Cleaning of equipment and maintenance areas Operating mechanical loaders to move soil, debris, and other materials He or she must have reliable transportation to and from work Requires ability to safely operate trucks and motorized equipment General Laborers will be required to: Work extended hours, which includes weekend and holiday shifts Work outside in all weather conditions Work on or near heavy machinery Stand for extended periods of time Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis Employment at Erin Hills entitles you to golf privileges and discounts in the Golf Shop.
