Lewis Davey is recruiting for an Energy Auditor to join a leading organisation that works across both the public and private sector. This opportunity will suit an experienced energy auditor who can translate theoretical opportunities into tangible deliverables to help them achieve their energy and carbon reduction goals. Someone who can provide strategic support to the key customer stakeholders and lead efforts in delivering energy and carbon projects across the client's estate. Role As a key member of the account you will play a significant role in supporting our customer to achieve their carbon reduction aspirations. You will be key in identifying new energy solutions such as; alternative energy options, the use of renewables, energy conservation, and asset optimisation in the built environment. Working part of a small team, you will be expected to identify and run feasibility analysis for multiple energy and carbon reduction initiatives. Accountabilities and Responsibilities Review and distil historical ESOS reports backss opportunities and build a High-Level backssment data base of viable opportunities Visually inspects buildings and related systems including mechanical, electrical, and process systems to determine energy consumption in each area or system. Determining the energy consumption of each system by inspecting or evaluating construction methods, mechanical systems, electrical wiring or process systems. Deliver detailed energy audits to buildings within a diverse and complex estate Work with the account estimating team to build business cases for opportunities you have identified Be a champion of innovative ideas, technology and practices and bring new ideas to the team Work as part of a small team to deliver the Energy strategy. Review anomalies as identified by metering data to determine energy wastage across the estates. Own and manage the database of initiatives to support the Senior Energy & Carbon Manager and Energy.
