The role will be varied and cover both contentious and non: contentious related matters on behalf of clients both nationally and internationally. With a bias towards more contentious related matters, the appointed Employment Solicitor will be gaining exposure to a quality caseload of employment related matters including Employment Tribunal Litigation and international focussed work and UK projects. THE CANDIDATE: Employment Solicitors with at least 5+ years' experience are encouraged for this role. You will have gained experience within a leading regional law or city practice and be committed to the Midlands area. You will have sound technical expertise across all areas of employment law covering Employment Tribunal Litigation matters equal pay cases, outsourcing, re: organisations, corporate support, whistleblowing and mergers and acquisitions to name but a few. You will be looking for a firm where you can deal with interesting and complex matters on behalf of some renowned household names.
