Responsibilities: Assist in the management of claimant employment cases from the point of instruction, through trial to conclusion. Conducting legal research. Drafting legal documents, including applications, pleadings and witness statements. Assisting in scheduling appointments, court dates and case-related activities. Corresponding with clients, third parties and respondents. Working on contentious and non-contentious work. Requirements: Upwards of 1 years’ experience as an employment paralegal.
