Program Overview Employment Source provides a range of employment services to unemployed individuals of all ages, financial backgrounds, and skills to help them gain employment within their field or a related field. The successful incumbent will support clients from a wide range of employment backgrounds in person, online and in the community. We’re looking for someone who will: • Provide individual employment counselling and program referrals, including the ability to complete common backssments • backss client needs and develop service plans that support each clients employment and retention goals• Demonstrate outcome-focused case management ability; applying knowledge of current local labour market trends and community services in York Region • Maintain complete client case files in compliance with the new Employment Ontario model requirements; monitor clients’ progress with ongoing follow-up.
