Human Resources professional sought for an Employee Relations Technician position within Ontario County in the Department of Human Resources. This position involves duties in negotiations, labor relations, safety, regulatory compliance, employee wellness, Civil Service along with related responsibilities to assist the County employees during their employment process. Requirements must include a MS Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Labor Relations, Human Resource Management or a closely related position OR a BS Degree in the same major and 2yrs of technical human resource or labor relations background.
