Job Summary: As a Building Services Maintenance Electrician, you will be a vital part of my clients maintenance team, responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, circuits, and equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the integrity of electrical systems. Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective repairs. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, lighting, and fixtures. Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to plan and execute electrical maintenance projects and upgrades. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Building Services Maintenance Electrician or a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
