This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, maintaining a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Maintain production equipment to ensure it meets high standards of safety and efficiency. Conduct fault finding and repairs on electrical and mechanical components, with a focus on 3 phase motors, circuit fault finding, and safety relay fault finding. Continuously review production processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement. Execute planned and preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and optimise performance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Monitor equipment performance against set KPIs and take proactive measures to address any issues. Uphold health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe working environment. Collaborate as a member of the Engineering team to contribute to the overall success of the business.
