Job Duties: Lead technical interactions between customers and Swarm engineering and business teams. Provide technical support and onboarding for Eval Kit setups, hardware deployments, and APIs. Contribute to customer meetings and technical discussions with Swarms sales team. Contribute regularly to updating manuals, documentation, and support videos according to customer feedback and results. Act as the primary technical resource for customers across various industries, applications, and countries. Drive success from pre-sales technical discovery through completed end-to-end integrations. Work closely with the engineering, sales, customer success, and executive teams to ensure that customers are able to quickly and smoothly integrate our hardware devices into their products and transmit on the Swarm network. No direct reports and managerial duties. Individual contributor level role only. May telecommute from home. Expected Pay Range: $99,445- $155,000/yr. Job Requirements: Depending on level/type of position, degree and/or experience may be required. Some Positions may allow for telecommuting.
