Salary: $27.50 per hour Number of Vacancies: 2Start Date: As soon as possible Position: Full time, Permanent Language: English Education: secondary school education Experience: On-the-job training is provided Job Location: Unit 8, 13136 - 84th Avenue, Surrey, BC. V3W1J1Work Setting: Various Locations Job Duties: • Installing a variety of Electric Fireplace models in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring proper wiring, and adherence to local safety codes. • Conducting site backssments/visit to determine the most suitable location for fireplace, electric patio heaters installations, considering aesthetics and functionality. • Reading the blueprints and executing the job as per clients needs and all possible outcomes. • Collaborating with the team and communicating effectively with Clients (builders, project managers, contractor’s, etc. ) to address any questions or concerns regarding the installation process. • Safely operating and maintaining tools and equipment required for installation tasks. Adhering to local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer’s guidelines to guarantee secure and hazard- free installations. • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with each installation. Giving demonstrations about the product features and answering their questions of the clients while on the site. • Sending the opening cut out sizes of the appliances to the customer and making sure all the the things are ready before installation. • Keeping accurate records of completed installations and maintaining proper documentation• Load and unload materials from a vehicles to establishments• Reporting to the office after job completion.
