Gaia Talent is currently recruiting for an Environmental Consultant to join the expanding Environmental Impact backssment (EIA) team in our renowned client. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in sectors such as medical, EPA-licensed, technological, property development, construction, and waste industries. As an EIAR Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team of environmental professionals who specialize in delivering high-quality services. We value collaboration and provide a supportive environment for professional growth and development. The successful candidate should be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and stay updated on changing legislation, industry trends, and developments. Location: Remote across Ireland Responsibilities: Authoring chapters of Environmental Impact backssments and other environmental projects, including Strategic Environmental backssments, EIA Screenings, Stakeholder Engagement, and environmental planning application documentation Providing input into the design stage of projects from an environmental perspective Collaborating with project teams and attending meetings as required Ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with relevant legislation and best practices Delivering exceptional client service by completing work on time and to a high standard within project deadlines The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to: backss the environmental impact of proposed developments Author EIAR chapters and possess expertise in at least one specific discipline, such as climate or material assets Take ownership of projects from inception to completion and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager Report to the Technical Director on workflows and deliverables Prioritize projects, manage client expectations, and meet project deadlines Key Requirements: A third-level qualification in environmental science, ecology,.
