We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Coordinator to lead our training initiatives, ensuring that our employees have access to high-quality learning resources to support their professional growth. Reporting to the VP Of Culture and Learning HR , you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for our employees. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and driving content, working with external vendors, managing the internal Learning Management System (LMS), and producing printed support materials. You will be at the forefront of fostering a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. This contract opportunity is open to applicants across Canada. A little About the Role: Training Content Development: Create, curate, and update training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and other training materials to address the specific needs of various departments within the company. Vendor Management: Identify and collaborate with external training vendors, subject matter experts, and consultants to enhance our training offerings. Negotiate contracts, backss vendor performance, and manage vendor relationships effectively. LMS Management: Oversee the company's Learning Management System, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for efficient training delivery. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users. Printed Support Materials: Design and create printed training materials such as manuals, handouts, and guides to supplement digital.
