The Role: As an Early Years Educator, you will provide exceptional care and education to meet every childs requirement while strictly following company protocols and guidelines. Responsibilities: Oversee and assist children consistently throughout the day. Sustain a safe and supportive environment for children. Undertake key person responsibilities and maintain accurate records. Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all children. Maintain standards of health, safety, and cleanliness. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements: Previously worked as an Early Years Educator or in a similar role. Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification. Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Familiarity with safeguarding procedures.
