Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position: Extensive diary management across 4 senior executives First point of contact and gatekeeper for the leadership team Preparing daily meeting packs and briefing documents Organising international travel and events Database management and administration Management of a team of 4 PAs What background and experience are the company looking for? Must have proven EA or team support experience at a senior level Line management of Pas Great attention to detail, exceptional organisation skills and a proactive approach. Strong MS Office skills.
