Our Fresh Co team is looking for a member to join their team as a District Operator. While recruiting from multiple provinces, this role will support locations in and around Ottawa, Ontario. The District Operator collaborates regularly with Specialist team, Merchandising, Customer Engagement/Experience to establish merchandising and customer experience strategies. Our team works with all lines of business to drive effective programs and processes. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Provide on-going coaching for Franchisees through effective use of business advisory coaching conversations. • Actively engage in and monitor progress of training programs for new store managers • Foster Franchisee involvement in the community • Articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) to Franchisees and monitor/coach toward achievement of them. • Assist in creation.
