SCHEDULE : First Shift - 7:00am-3:30pm OVERTIME : Required during busy season; shifts increase on average to 9-10 hours M-F and some Saturdays when we are busy PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly SALARY: 15.25/HOUR SUMMARY As the feet on the ground in the warehouse, the Distribution Associate is an essential part of our distribution team. The orders pulled and shipped from our Distribution Warehouse help supply schools and daycares around the world. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School or equivalent Experience with fork trucks and pallet jacks Experience with computers ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPECTATIONS, AND BEHAVIORS include, but are not limited to, the following: Ship orders via UPS, Fed-Ex and trucking companies Load trucks Pull orders utilizing hand-held computer Operate order picker, tow motor, pallet jack, and shrink wrapper Follow safety procedures. Attendance is an essential function of this position. WORKING CONDITIONS The essential functions of this job require the employee to perform the following physical activities: Ability to push/pull/lift 50lbs. Ability to stand for 8 hour shift.
