The Director, Program Management – Technical PM Expert is a key member of the PM Processes & Tools (PPT). Based either remotely or on a Lonza site, this person primarily leads programs/projects such as the deployment of Planview to new teams, development and deployment of new features and integration of Planview into broader PM processes and methodologies. In addition to leading these programs/projects, the person provides subject matter expertise on program management processes, methodologies and tools. Additional responsibilities shared with the rest of the PPT team include data analysis, report development, training development and delivery and supporting the network of users. This represents an excellent opportunity for a flexible and adaptable individual looking to take the next step in their PM career. Key responsibilities: Promote Program Management methodology, processes, systems and excellence in execution across the Lonza PM community, both internal and customer facing. Expert in management and delivery of projects, especially in deploying new systems, enhancing system features, and integrating systems and processes. Lead the integration of Planview in the broader Lonza ecosystem, including usage within Lonza processes (PM Standard Work) and interfaces with other systems (Omni, Flying Carpet, SAP/IBP, CPQ, etc. ).
