(AASI) reports directly to Director of Spares. These divisions include Spares, Avionics and components, Engineering, Engine shop and MROs. Core Competencies Client Focus Creative and Innovative Thinking Decision Making and Judgement Ethics and Integrity Negotiating and Mediating Problem Solving Results-Oriented Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities Provide unification and consistency within the AASI group of sales teams, in relation to reporting, cross selling and performance metrics. Work with the Directors/ VPs for all AASI divisions to develop and execute sales strategy based on Avmax's services budget and revenue goals. Present, promote and sell products/services.
