The Role As a key member of our team the Director of Sales and Marketing is part of the resort leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the resort. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be primarily responsible for executing the marketing and sale strategy of the resort with the objective of maximizing revenue across all revenue generating outlets on the property. Your contributions to the team include: Creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategy, action plan and budget for Naturally Pacific for leisure, wedding, MICE and corporate accounts. Responsible for all source markets geared towards the success of the resort. Preparation and execution of annual sales and marketing budgets, expenses and revenue. Represent Naturally Pacific Resort at international trade shows, industry events, sales missions, showcases and consumer shows. Assist trade partners with organizing FAM stays, site inspections and more. Additional tasks and duties as assigned. A few things we are looking for in a new team member: 5 plus years of progressive work experience in hospitality sales and marketing. Demonstrated management and supervisory experience.
