The Director of Community Living and Support Services assumes the primary leadership role in overseeing services and ensuring high quality training and mentoring of staff to assist and support the individuals served to become more independent in daily living skills, community integration, socialization, health, wellness and safety. To learn more about this position, please read the summarized list of duties below. Provides leadership, supervision, and mentoring to direct service staff based in Galesburg and Kewanee's Community Living and Support Services. Provides oversight and guidance in a variety of functions for Housing Services and Case Coordination sites. Coordinates and related to service provision and clinical documentation. Works closely with the Nursing staff to assure nursing and medical needs of consumers are met. Ensure staff receive the required medication administrative training program. Ensures implementation of the Quality Assurance processes and help ensure that the Quality Management system functions efficiently and effectively for these service areas. Monitors and assures Bridgeway policies and procedures and CARF, Medicaid, HUD, DHS rules, regulations and standards are maintained by staff. We would love to hear from you. Prefer candidate with Master's Degree and licensed. Our minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in human service field or Registered Nurse; minimum of three years of administrative and/or clinical experience in the field of mental health or human services. Prefer candidate who meets the DMH credentialing requirements of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), MHP may be considered in unique circumstances.
