Sentara RMH Medical Center received Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2014, and re-designation in 2019.Job Description SummaryDirects and oversees the efficient and effective operations for a large number (11 or more) of ambulatory practices, hospital-based practices, and/or diagnostic facilities.Responsibilities:Supervise Practice Managers and Team Coordinators assigned to one or more practices.Responsible for the development and expert execution of strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives related to growth, staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety and security.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)Minimum 5 years of leadership Diverse management experience/knowledge required, preferably in areas such as ambulatory healthcare administration, managed-care, change management or other relevant experience.Diversity and Inclusion at SentaraOur vision is that everyone brings the strengths that come with diversity to work with them every day.
