The Role The School is seeking to appoint a Director of Marketing and Admissions to lead an established Marketing and Admissions team during the next phase of their development. This is an exciting opportunity as they look forward to their 300th anniversary in 2024; this position will play a significant role in the schools ongoing success. The School will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, offering the successful candidate the autonomy to support, review and refine the Schools Development Plan and strategic aims. They are seeking a quietly confident, self: motivated, customer: focused, target: driven individual with exceptional people skills, who loves nothing more than seeing their team thrive on their successes and who supports and encourages them to excel in all they do. Essential Skills and Experience Educated to degree level or equivalent Understanding and belief in the aims and ethos of independent boarding and day education Understanding the principles of marketing schools in the current climate Ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse individuals at different levels; warm, welcoming and approachable with a good sense of humour Ability to write and deliver messages that are clear, convincing and inspiring Understanding and use of the most relevant media platform for target audiences Quick thinking and able to understand, analyse and respond concisely Attention to detail, deadlines and budgets and able to see through and deliver projects Competence.
