About Jobs for America's Graduates - Kansas (JAG-K) With our headquarters in Topeka, Kansas, JAG-K partners with Kansas schools to help students who are facing various challenges to be successful. We are a non-profit organization that offers an elective class to provide academic and other positive supports to ensure students earn their high school diploma. We have 104 programs located in 49 Kansas school districts and currently serve more than 5,500 students in Kansas and by educating students through career exploration opportunities and teaching soft skills, students are prepared to successfully transition to post-secondary education, military service, or into the workforce. Day in the Life of the Director of Learning Experiences The Director of Learning Experiences leads and facilitates the development, revision, and continuous improvement of JAG-K teaching, learning and assessment resources, methodologies, and processes. This individual develops new program models, manages instructional software platforms, c, and collects, reviews, and analyzes data and reports to help drive decision making. The Director of Learning Experiences supervises, manages, and supports our Regional Managers and Transitions Manager through training, monitoring, coaching, and evaluation. Qualifications for the Director of Learning Experiences Do you have a bachelor's degree in curriculum, education, learning management systems or a related discipline? Do you have at least 4 years of previous supervisory and/or leadership experience? Are you technology proficient? Do you live in Kansas or are willing to relocate?
