What You Will Be Doing As a Director of Housekeeping you would be responsiblefor the following items, not limited to: Completionof monthly inventories that include linen counts and houseware inventory. Weekly ordering of all housekeeping products used by employees and in room supplies. Providing1st class customer serviceDemonstrateoutstanding management expertiseInspect rooms when needed and oversee all homeowner arrvial roomsOversee our preventative maintenance and deep clean schedule in off seasonWeekly Scheduling and Payroll ManagementBuilding relationships with employees and homeowners to adhere to our standards of North Beach. Who You Will Be Working With In the role as Director of Housekeeping you will workwith a wide demographic of individuals from guests, homeowners, vendors, salesassociates, interpersonal staff, corporate office staff, etc. Strongpeople skills are a must when working with such a large variance ofindividuals. Job summary As Director of Housekeeping you would complete the followingitems, but are not limited to: Completing all weekly and monthly inventories by our company deadline Maintaining inventory in all guest rooms Completing weekly schedules and oversee payroll managementfor the housekeeping department Collaborate closely with all staff on continuous training, including disciplinary actions required and coaching/counseling the staff Completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding process of new employees Job responsibilities Responsiblefor all cleaning standards of the resortCompletingweekly schedulesCompletingmonthly inventoriesExtremely proficient in Microsoft office suiteprograms & Microsoft Outlook, as well as IQWare systemsCompletingweekly housekeeping ordersKnowledge ofhiring, coaching/counseling and discipline of employeesBeingcharismatic, personable and possess exemplary communication expertiseExpertise to multi-task and work in highpressure situations while maintaining composureOutstandingmanagement expertise Benefits After 1 year of employement we offer eleven days of personal time off Eligible for medical and dental insurance after 90 days Eligible for 401K benefits after 1 yr of employment **North Beach Plantation is an equal opportunity employer**
