Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Per Annum About the Company: As one of the leading printers in Watford, our client has an enviable roster of repeat customers that ensures this business keeps on growing. They have also invested heavily into equipment to increase productivity and make life for their production department much easier. Ongoing investment is a constant theme with this company. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Digital Print Operator & Finisher to join their busy team. You will be working in a great relaxed environment whilst being part of a very friendly team. The business owners also believe in great work/life balance for its staff, so job satisfaction is guaranteed! Role & Responsibilities: Operating the digital presses and large format printers. Operating finishing equipment. Working with the design team to establish the best way to print jobs. Advising the estimating team on how long jobs will take. Candidate Requirements: Experience of digital machines (e. g. Xerox, Konica Minolta or similar). Experience of finishing equipment (e. g. guillotine, booklet maker, creaser, etc) Fiery Command Workstation software. Handling PDF files and adjusting to optimise for printing. Working with imposition software such as Quite Impose. Skills in Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.
