Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Job Description: The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and funnels that promote services offered throughout our network of health, wellness, and fitness centers. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals and communicate strategies to all stakeholders • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies • Initiate proactive communication with stakeholders in regards to campaign performance and areas of opportunity Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in paid digital marketing including management and optimization of budgets • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising • Proficient in marketing automation tools • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Strong project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Personal Attributes Thought leader – seen by the team as a thought leader and expert in marketing and technique. Delivers advice on marketing ideas, testing and direction to help the team achieve their best results. Manager – utilize internal resources for key administrative support, delegating tasks and ensuring all work meets expectations, accuracy and deadlines Copywriter – produce compelling copy to drive leads and conversions and give advice and feedback to other marketers on their campaigns. Dynamic – displaying high energy in all interactions with peers, management, and team. Confident - belief in their ability to deliver on aggressive growth targets. Forward thinking – constantly looking for new and better ways of doing things. Understanding what and how new technology can drive efficiencies and better results. Understands the latest digital marketing techniques and how to utilize them to deliver results. Goal Oriented – never losing sight of the revenue targets, constantly tracking campaign ROI and ensuring that the plans that have been laid out to achieve our financial targets get completed. Resourceful – using initiative to solve problems, overcome obstacles and complete projects.
